Automotive Technician
$60,000 - $120,000+ | 5-DAY WORK WEEK | HOURLY GUARANTEE + PRODUCTION PAY
Little Joe’s Mitsubishi is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who can step in and produce.
This is not an entry-level position. We have a separate opening for technicians who are just getting started.
We’re looking for someone with real-world repair experience who can diagnose vehicles, handle larger repairs, and work independently.

EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN PAY PLAN
You are paid your agreed-upon hourly rate for clocked hours, up to 40 hours per week.
On top of that:
- Billed hours 1–40: +$5 per billed hour
- Billed hour 41+: your hourly rate + $5 per billed hour
Example at $20/hour:
40 clocked hours + 40 billed hours
- Base pay: $800
- Production pay: $200
- Weekly pay: $1,000
40 clocked hours + 50 billed hours
- Base pay: $800
- First 40 billed hours: $200
- Additional 10 billed hours: $250
- Weekly pay: $1,250
Hourly rate is based on experience and ability.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ideally, you have:
- 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
- Experience with brakes, suspension, engine, drivetrain, and drivability repairs
- Electrical diagnostic experience
- Ability to diagnose problems instead of just throwing parts at a vehicle
- Ability to work independently and stay productive
- Your own basic hand tools
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
ASE and dealership experience are a plus, but not required.
Mitsubishi experience is NOT required — we’ll provide the factory training.

You do not need Mitsubishi experience.
A good technician is a good technician.
We can teach you Mitsubishi. We can’t teach years of real-world experience overnight.
